Streamline specific schema and have quantitive observations
How should design different schemas for impact based evaluation?
What levels of enforcement for attestations should we have? Human gated?
Who should you be able to give attestations about? Just projects? Chefs?
How should we enforce on chain systems for rating this attestation?
