Based on various past interactions these additions might be useful either in the AthenaPK or Parthenon

• Getting started (link to/expand on tutorial)
• Estimate for the amount of memory required for simulation
• Printing the mesh structure (without running a sim)
• Impact of cascading refinement (or more general some info/guidance of how to find a suitable mesh/meshblock size)
• Identify (and fix/address) common issues like
  • Kokkos::memory alloc errors
  • Kokkos shared memory alloc errors
  • Negative densities/pressures (output_now etc)
  • Keeping branches (and submodules) up to date
  • Compiled for the wrong architectue (Illegal instructions)
  • Loading modules (not only during compilation but also within a job script)
  • Comm errors/segfaults related to non-GPU-aware MPI libs
• Make changes to AthenaPK and Parthenon simultaneously
