Reconstruction code missing

Fourier ptychographic reconstruction code and test data to use with the reconstruction code can be found at: http://dx.doi.org/10.5525/gla.researchdata.594

There does not seem to be any reconstruction code at that link? I found test data in the Pi Image, but either cant find reconstruction code, or I cant figure out how to run the code. There is extra data capture code in icg_share folder under PI though.

Where can I find the reconstruction code?

I'm also looking for the reconstruction code. In the paper it mentions that the data is transferred to a PC for processing, so that could be why the reconstruction code is missing from the Pi image.

The processing code and dataset used in the paper are hosted on the university website at a different location than the capture code. You need to submit a request to get it.
