Major rejuvenation #119
Description
The project itself works, but is hopelessly aged.
We should:
- upgrade to current Django
- upgrade to current celery or alternative
- renew the frontend, do not use Angular (we'll not have enough times to keep with the Angular updates that are coming, so keep it traditionell and conservative with jQuery and Bootstrap or so)
- focus on Docker first
