Find in Files tool?

In experimenting with Claude Code this last week, I've found that Find in Files is a super powerful tool for helping models with more agentic tasks. e.g. make a change to some function in a package and then make sure changes are applied anywhere else relevant in that package.

Not sure that this would be super helpful for interactive use, but a possible extension to the existing file-reading tools :thonkies:
