experimental.ui.sidebar having the issues of side bar css not sync

I noticed that you had fixed on the #666 by updated from 0.5.0 to 0.5.1. However, it doesn't fix the experimental.ui.sidebar which is the experimental element having the same issue. Please fix. Thank you.

I can not reproduce anything suspicious locally or on shinylive.io. My current reprex app (reproducible example app).
