pip installation issue again

Hello.

I met the same problem described here.

What can we do to make project available with simple pip install hamster-gtk? I see two opportunities:

• just change a required version of hamster-lib in setup.py to something before projecthamster/hamster-lib@6de9315;
• create a new version that works with current version of hamster-lib;

I chose the second way it in my fork, so if you agree with such approach and if my solution is good enough, you can just pull branch v0.11 and tag 0.11.1.
