Breakage coming in pandas 3.0 #1005
Description
pandas-dev/pandas#61468 is changing the deprecate_kwarg function in pandas. This is being used by pandas-datareader. I recommend vendoring the current version of this function. I can put up a PR to implement this if it is desired.
