Fix tests and achieve 100% coverage
- Fixed missing test fixtures in conftest.py - Corrected async mocking issues in config flow tests - Added proper AsyncMock usage for coordinator methods - Restored all required test helper fixtures - All 212 tests now pass with 100% coverage - All pre-commit hooks passing - GitHub Actions simulation confirmed working
