pip help shows pip completion, but I wonder why it's not documented at pip.pypa.io.
pip help is also undocumented there, but that's hardly problematic.

I'm not familiar with pip complete or Read the Docs, so I can't offer to submit a PR.

Can't forget to update both latest and stable branches.
