Error cloning into 'pyrobase' - "Connection timed out"

Environment: Feral Hosting seedbox
HD space: At least a couple hundred GB free

Following the instructions to install pyrocore. Below is what I'm seeing.

As for the SSL error you're seeing, add this code to ~/.config/pip/pip.conf:
