convert tests in cirq.contrib.json_test to common json test framework #7520

Describe the issue
The PR under review #7396 adds a new resolver for serializable classes in the cirq.contrib package. As a result, pre-existing tests in cirq/contrib/json_test.py can be moved to standard test infrastructure, ie, pair of .json and .repr files.
Because #7396 is oversized, I am delaying that cleanup to a separate issue.
