ModuleNotFoundError: No module named 'endpoints.cars_api_endpoints after running clean up repo

After running the clean up repo script and adding a test, user sees an error
"ModuleNotFoundError: No module named 'endpoints.cars_api_endpoints"

cars_api_endpoints file is removed when we run the clean up script and some of these files are called in our conftest.py file
