raspi-config documentation needs another update

As noted in raspberrypi/bookworm-feedback#389 the "Network at boot" option (which is documented at https://www.raspberrypi.com/documentation/computers/configuration.html#menu-options ) no longer exists! And there might be other options that have been added or removed in the meantime too?
