PIO Parallel bus examples

The Pico data sheet mentions 8080 and 6800 parallel bus examples on page 309.
No examples are provided in the datasheet and no code exists here in pico-examples.

@siriokds has closed both issues (#48 and #105) as completed on or about Feb-Apr 2021. It's clear that the were no pull requests attached to those issues with example code.

Can we please get these examples merged into the repo?
