Enabling tutorial for IBM Power

Hi,
I am trying to enable the knative-tutorial for IBM power. I am referring to this document. I see a lot of the quay images used aren't multi-arch and would like to get these images multi-arch.

If anyone could provide me the information from which repository it Dockerfile these images are being build I could work to get them multi-arch.
