Support Elasticache Configuration Endpoints

AWS ElastiCache supports cluster mode with Configuration Endpoints and MOVE redirects.

Please add support for this in Redis Smart Cache

There might be some support already in the code: eed30c8

However, it appears to me that additional config properties are defined. But they are not part of the documentation.
