Add an extra field to Guidelines: "Lints for this Rule" #201
Description
Many lints can be used to help enforce a particular coding guideline or rule.
It would be great to have an item in a Guideline's body which can be used to point to such lints.
This would help us directly document which lints can be used to empower the programmer that wants to follow a Guideline. It would also help us see which lints are "missing", which then can help people who want to contribute to fill in those gaps :)
