SSLv2 + new cipher suites

Hello,

Would it be possible to handle the SSLv2 protocol ?

Also, it could be great I think, if the cipher suites list would contain the cipher suites not listed in the IANA registry but in some RFC according to what have the rustls (it has [376 cipher suites](https://docs.rs/rustls/latest/rustls/enum.CipherSuite.html)).
