Sync Solved Problems from Sheet Tab to Progress Tab

--> Currently, when a problem is marked as solved in the Sheet tab, the solved count updates there but not in the Progress tab. The Progress
tab should dynamically reflect:
> Total problems solved
> Breakdown by difficulty (Easy, Medium, Hard)

--> Acceptance Criteria:

Solving a problem in the Sheet tab instantly updates counts in the Progress tab.
Unsolving a problem should also update counts accordingly.
Works without requiring a manual page refresh.
