Problem Statement:
Most young students when they enter in the workforce, most of the time they enter as an intern. Some join these internships without knowing about the organization, work environment, and incentives. Just to get the experience of the "corporate world". And many are left with working more hours than full-time employees, getting minimum wage, and sometimes not even getting any stipend and incentives at all.

Solution:
This problem is real and many college students are getting harassed because of a lack of accountability and information, we can build a portal with rating and reviews of organizations by the interns and for the interns. This app will work exactly like GlassDoor and PayScale but completely based on internships.

How will the MVP look like?
MVP will have the following features:

• Login and register from LinkedIn for verification
• Reviews and ratings based on the work culture, incentives and stipend, working hours, the behavior of seniors, etc.
• Anonymous reviewing should be allowed given if the profile is verified from LinkedIn.
• Students should be able to list and filter startups based on ratings, stipend, and company types.
• In the future, an application portal can also be added to apply to these different companies.
