Describe the bug
Sharing files from the Windows share menu doesn't work if the PWA is already open

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Open the PWA
Share a local file or text with File Explorer or your browser
Click on PairDrop
It doesn't trigger the share mode in the PWA

Expected behavior
It should start the share mode if a window is already open

Additional context
I didn't test with Chrome.
