Peripherals not appearing

I just bought a Spatha X and am attempting to just assign buttons on it but Armoury Crate is refusing to install on my machine (Error code 200, whole other issue that I am fighting).

So I saw G-Helper has support for Spatha X so figured I would give it a try. But I do not see the Peripheral area showing up. I have the mouse wired while trying this and it is usable. Is there anything specific that I need to do to get it to show? I did ensure I downloaded all the requirements. One note is I have 0 Asus hardware in my rig. The Spatha X (and my router) are the only Asus items I own.

@jctmetal1337 your mouse is supported, but you can't change button bindings. You can adjust all other settings still.

I'm not sure why you don't see a mouse in the app UI, did you try closing / opening app window when mouse is connected (preferably by wire)?

I did as well as deleting all software the mouse had already installed to force windows to set it up again.

However, if I cannot change the button bindings then I do not want to waste your time as that is the only thing I am attempting to do.
