Which version of "Opencore Legecy Pather" did you used? Try again the same process & let me know if the problem still exist.

This didn't help me and before that everything was set to default, including launcher csm was turned off

In my device everything is working well as normal. Are you sure you has the same spec as mine? And also try to install masOS 15.1

I saw somewhere efi for macOS sonoma but it was removed now there is no possibility to install a newer version so I would like to try to do something without installing a new system

You have to clean install macOS 15.1 and only use the EFI that i provided. there must be efi conflict or something else. I can assure you the EFI i have provided that has no issue.
