Click on desktop – Widgets appear again

Hello and thank you for a MUCH needed feature for the new widgets – very happy that you made this.
I noticed that when you click the desktop in order to show the desktop, the widgets appear again (even though they are hidden by widgettoggler). As soon as you click again to let the windows appear again, the widgets disappear again.

Sadly I have no control over temporarily showin g the widgets when clicking on the desktop.
You get the same behaviour without WidgetToggler when you disable widgets in system settings.
The only workaround is disabling the click to reveal desktop behaviour entirely:

Suggestion: Maybe you add that info (or a link to this issue) to the readme.

Also came here with the same issue. Seems that if Stage Manager is enabled, the only way to hide your widgets when the wallpaper is clicked is to remove them. You can hide them in Stage Manager, but they still come back to your desktop, which is the issue that lead me to this software in the first place. Despite not doing what I wanted, it's a better solution than my keyboard shortcut to toggle Stage Manager, it would be really great if it could hide the widgets in Stage Manager when desktop is shown. Even better would be if the software were able to save the position and size of each widget, and allow you to switch between different widget layouts/no widgets at all. That's the kind of software I wouldn't mind dropping $2 on in the App Store.
