Description
Hello,
This might be related to #789
When indexing the same repository (https://github.com/apitable/apitable), I'm getting the attached SCIP index.
There's a file in this project called FeatureVo.java
which is using Lombok. The file looks like this:
* APITable <https://github.com/apitable/apitable>
* Copyright (C) 2022 APITable Ltd. <https://apitable.com>

package com.apitable.space.vo;
import io.swagger.v3.oas.annotations.media.Schema;
import lombok.AllArgsConstructor;
import lombok.Builder;
import lombok.Data;
import lombok.NoArgsConstructor;
/**
* <p>
* Internal test function status value object.
* </p>
*/
@Data
@NoArgsConstructor
@AllArgsConstructor
@Builder(toBuilder = true)
@Schema(description = "Internal test function status")
public class FeatureVo {
@Schema(description = "Unique identification of laboratory function",
type = "java.lang.String", example = "robot")
private String key;
@Schema(description = "Laboratory function category",
type = "java.lang.String", example = "review")
private String type;
@Schema(description = "Laboratory function application internal test form url",
type = "java.lang.String")
private String url;
@Schema(description = "Laboratory function opening status",
type = "java.lang.Boolean", example = "true")
private Boolean open;
}
I found that the SCIP indexer has trouble correlating the symbol definitions to the correct parameter.
For example - Here the index marks the Lombok-generated code for "type" as the *type* = "java.lang.String", example = "robot")
in the annotation for the key
parameter:
occurrences {
range: 39
range: 8
range: 12
symbol: "semanticdb maven . . com/apitable/space/vo/FeatureVo#FeatureVoBuilder#type."
symbol_roles: 1
}
And the definition for the actual type
parameter is:
occurrences {
range: 43
range: 8
range: 12
symbol: "semanticdb maven . . com/apitable/space/vo/FeatureVo#type."
symbol_roles: 1
}
Which is type = "java.lang.String", example = "review")
and not the actual type
symbol definition.
This makes going to definitions extremely difficult. Can anything be done to overcome this issue?
