We have already migrated all mautrix bridges to their bridgev2 releases. As soon as @tulir releases a new bridgev2 bridge, we upgrade to it.

#3577 is about enabling some common API all these bridgev2 bridges have. Enabling the API is helpful if you use software like mautrix-manager, which we do not support yet.
