Add a configuration property to control Spring Data MongoDB's verification of representation configuration

spring-projects/spring-data-mongodb#5037 (comment) proposes adding a feature to Spring Data MongoDB to verify an app's representation configuration against the entities that it will persist to MongoDB. Boot should provide a configuration property that can be used to turn this verification on/off.

Switching this issue to blocked again as the verification feature is not available. The linked issue had a prototype but wasn't implemented. The Spring Data team needs to figure out if they want to implement it and we'll update this issue accordingly.
