Observability Autoconfiguration

New Feature

Provide autoconfiguration support so that the relevant observability beans are configured when enabled by the user.

The autoconfiguration could be conditional on

• the relevant tracing/observability libraries being present on the classpath
• feature flag
• annotation present

If seems that configuration was previously in place and could be enabled via an annotation but was removed in this commit. Though it wasn't clear to me from the commit message why it was removed.

This should be rather a request towards the Spring Boot project and not so much for Spring Data. Spring Boot registers CqlSession so Spring Data has no authority over defining driver infrastructure beans. Registering observability beans would need to replace the CqlSession.

In the course of development RequestTracker turned out to be not sufficient and therefore we need to augment the session to correctly propagate contexts and parent observations/spans. That is why we did not follow up on the initial annotation-driven configuration approach.
