client / raw client to connect and send command

In some circumstances, eg Studio, it could be useful to have a client or a connection that exposes the low level methods like connect/close/reconnect/sendCommand to interact with the core. The developer can use it in special contexts where he wants full control over the connection. Along with this, we have the `Database` object adherent to the `Sqlite3` client for the common cases.
