Describe the bug

I just edited my nym yesterday and found that the existing tags for me, weren't updated, they still remain as my old username, like https://stacker.news/items/996516/r/istealcheetos?commentId=1000314 and all other comments.

also I think users should not be able to update their nym everyday but once a month to prevent an identity crisis.

Go to any of the old comments wherein you were tagged.

Expected behavior

They don't update with a change in the username
