SecurePass Validator is a web-based application designed to assist users in creating robust passwords. It includes a responsive interface with real-time password validation against criteria such as length, numeric characters, uppercase and lowercase letters, and special symbols. Using HTML, CSS for styling with Google Fonts, and Font Awesome icons, along with JavaScript for interactive features like password visibility toggling and dynamic requirement status updates, the tool ensures users can easily create secure passwords across various devices.
Features: The application offers a user-friendly interface with clear visual feedback on password strength and requirements fulfillment. It dynamically updates a checklist as users type their password, guiding them towards creating strong passwords that meet industry standards.
Program to be Contributed in GSSoC'24: In GSSoC'24, I propose enhancing "SecurePass Validator" by implementing additional features such as password strength estimation based on complexity metrics, localization for multiple languages, and integration with password management systems for improved usability and security.
Request for Assigning: I am eager to contribute to "SecurePass Validator" during GSSoC'24, driven by a passion for advancing password security practices. My goal is to enhance the project by introducing new functionalities such as password strength estimation, multi-language support, and integration with password management systems. I kindly request to assign and propose adding levels (Level 1, Level 2, Level 3) to recognize the progression and impact of my contributions.
