Add github repo field to event json file

In some cases, such as the NERD Summit (nerd-summit-2018.json), there is a github repo for the conference. In the NERD case, the code of conduct is on github. In other cases, the entire website may be in a github repo, which may be kept after the event is over and the information is no longer on its website.
