A catalog of screen captures and associated command(s) so that it is easy to find a tool, script, program, workflow, etc to generate a particular type of visual.

This list will definitely end up out-of-date, so don't rely on this for specific commands, but rather as a guide so you can hopefully track down the script/tool you need. Most of these tools are very rough, so you can expect needing to modify the code to get them to work for your needs.

Plots color mapped raster data for several variables with slider to scrub through time axis.

$ bokeh serve scripts/bk_timeslider.py --dev scripts/bk_timeslider.py

viewers/io_view.py

Interactive Bokeh web app, allows panning, zoom, selecting, etc.
Plots extents of raster (NetCDF) datasets as polygons. Doesn't allow for viewing the actual raster values.

Attempt at interactive time series plotter for folder of dvmdostem outputs. Looks like some of the file loading skeleton is present, but it needs more work to make it plot.

This tool has not yet been committed to the dvm-dos-tem repo. Contact @tobeycarman for details.

Tool is a work in progress - still experimenting with the best way to do the mapping and confirming details about the understanding of the spatial reference systems and which corner of the pixels is being used.
