New release request, testing on macOS & Rubocop suggestion #112

Hi @westonplatter you may see that I've updated a few missing dependencies to get phashion working on all currently supported Rubies, at least on Ubuntu (see Actions). Might you be able to push a new gem release to RubyGems?
I see that a number of recent issue have been related to macOS support. I do not use macOS, but I wonder if we ought to open a specific issue to ask for assistance to add macOS (intel + arm?) to the Workflow CI matrix? Sadly this is beyond my skill set.
Also, now the tests are all green I'd be very happy to add Rubocop to the repo if you wish.
