Fix PHPCS for tests.

It would be great to be able to correct style errors in tests with PHPCS, that would allow us to correct all errors automatically, and to avoid creating noise, we can add it to .git-blame-ignore-revs as they are tests and the code is not modified, we don't even need a line in CHANGELOG.md.
