On an EPUB (and maybe snapshot — I didn't check), trying to tap an annotation anywhere other than in the center of the screen ends up turning the page. As in PDF mode, the annotation should take precedence.

Update: This is actually specific to clicking between lines in multi-line annotations, so we'll have to see if the shared reader is able to treat the entire area within the bounding box as a tap target.
