We are using Biome, so there is no need for the .prettierrc file.

fair! I need to tell my IDE to not use prettier then when the project uses biome... it was messing up some of the in-markdown tags in a way that broke rendering :/

Replaces #450
Generally moves "toolkits" to "mcp-servers" in the docs. Does not change all the refernces to toolkits (yet) in the main part of the docs site
Also removes the old MCP overview page, and moves MCP Clients to be "frameworks"
