Summary

Resolves issue #1981 by updating dependency constraints to allow azure-storage-blob>=12.22.0

Changes Made

Updated conda.yaml files to specify compatible azure-storage-blob versions
Added documentation for dependency version management
Ensured compatibility with security-recommended package versions

Testing

Conda environment builds successfully
Azure ML MLflow integration works with updated dependencies
No breaking changes to existing functionality
