Change the commit to be to the ArtifactOntology.ttl instead of the merged file and this looks good.

I think @alanruttenberg has some ideas about changing this in conjunction with some other material, so I want to loop him in here.

these were the other items discussed to address (which we talked about in yesterday's WG) which I need to add to this PR:

• Create Display Instrument as a sibling to Imaging Instrument.
• Create Image Display Artifact Function as a sibling to Imaging Artifact Function.
• Clarify the difference between "imaging" and "displaying an image".
• Clarify the meaning of "produce images" in the definition of Imaging Instrument.

But I can hold off on continuing with this if there's more to be done.

Alan was part of the discussion leading up to this PR. It was agreed that additional related fixes will be made in other PRs.
