Introduces a bunch of QoL improvements:

  • Upgrade LibreHardwareMonitor
  • Ugrade compose BOM (Fixes Black Bar Taking Over UI #58 and a couple others)
  • Use HardwareMonitor as a service (unblocks start with windows and removes need to admin privileges)
  • Change from sockets to named pipes (removes need for network access)
  • Keep track of focused process on Java side
  • Add border to the main window (figma)
  • Use file based preferences instead of registry
  • Use a hot flow for hotkey tracking
