We are excited to announce the first official release of EffectVisR, an R package for visualising effect sizes and their confidence intervals. This package is designed to create visually compelling plots that are publication-ready and easy to interpret.

🚀 Key Features

Visualise Effect Sizes: Create clear plots showcasing effect sizes with 95% confidence intervals.

Customisable Palettes: Choose from a range of palettes, including "viridis", "magma", "grey", and more.

Two Plot Types:

  • es_plot_v1: Shades the confidence interval based on upper and lower bounds.

  • es_plot_v2: Shades the confidence interval with darker colors closer to the effect size.

User-Friendly Options:

  • Adjustable arrow color, axis titles, labels, and plot limits.

  • Save plots with transparent backgrounds for presentations and publications.

  • Partial arc visualisation for confidence intervals.
