chore(docs): moved items in agent integration docs into dedicated folders per tool.

Hey @sa-abdullah, I just reviewed your PR. The issue #141 was actually referring to the entirety of the docs folder in the codebase. I see that you only focused on the agent-integrations folder only which is great too.

Could you please make some changes so I can merge this in. Thank you 🙏 .
