streamsx.eval_predicate toolkit v1.0.0

This is the very first release of this toolkit which offers a function to process i.e. evaluate business rule expressions that can refer to boolean, integer, float, string, set, list, map and other nested tuple attributes. Please always use the tar.gz file that has version number, date, time, MD5 and sha1.
