This is a demo application built for Windows 10 64-bit using .NET 6 Preview 3.
It is self-contained, meaning the .NET runtime is included, and no additional software is required.
Download the .zip and run the BlazorDesktopWPF-CustomTitleBar.exe.
[ this preview version of .NET 6 doesn't support single-file publishing yet, so there are a lot of file in the zip, but you can ignore them all except the .exe ]
