What kind of change does this PR introduce? (Bug fix, feature, docs update, ...)
This PR is updating dependencies in package.json, I also fixed imports.
What is the current behavior? (You can also link to an open issue here)
I the current release, npm install & npm run start commands are not working since there are troubles with dependencies.
What is the new behavior (if this is a feature change)?
I have updated package.json and all imports.
I also updated loader inside multilingual.module.ts file.
