It fixed a problem which occurs when you upload WebP and SVG image to Media Gallery and it's not appearing, but has been sent physically to media directory on the server.
I've figured out, that there's a need of dependency in
Magento\MediaGalleryIntegration\Plugin\SaveImageInformation.Tested on my 2 projects with 2.4.6 and 2.4.7-p6 version.
