First initial release

i'm currently working on getting arguments to work so you can download without any additional steps, i.e

ssdl 6423F3A3429D503FA97A1C5282155436D12A9366

so that it'll automagically install the map.

Other CLI Tools

I'm also working on a bunch other of CLI tools to explore scoresaber and beatsavior (map downloader, profile finder, leaderboard viewer) no ETA yet tho
