This PR fixes the Ready for Review button coloring and style to make it consistent.

Main changes explained:

• Change file ReviewButton.module.css

How to test:

1. check into current branch
2. do npm install and ... to run this PR locally
3. Clear site data/cache
4. log as admin user
5. go to dashboard→ Tasks and Timelog table
6. Check if Ready for Review button is consistent with the expected style.
