Main changes explained:

• Update file CPDashboard to fetch events from database and display appropriate data along with pagination.

How to test:

1. check into current branch
2. do npm install and ... to run this PR locally
3. Clear site data/cache
4. log as admin user
5. go to /communityportal
6. verify function images for the events are loading correctly. The pagination works as expected and the image size remains same for all events.
